The a$$ kicking mode hasn't quite reached full power yet!  Looking back to this time of the year in 2011 and 2010, we had much the same lull/dip in profits and this can only be a combination of the end of the flat season and start of the NH season (and copious amounts of rain!)....excuses excuses I hear you shout!  The good news is that previous years, the last week of October has been when it's picked up.

Had we included all of our picks then we would have been showing better figures thanks to a couple of big priced (Irish) winners and although they were listed on the 'other page' well before racing, this is verging on the edge of aftertiming so we'll shut up about it and revert to the old days and throw them all in to the post (at least until the end of October) .  

The italicised picks are those we have our doubts about but which are mainly big prices so perhaps worth an e/w?
