Silviniaco Conti was
suffering from gastric ulcers last this time last year so said Paul Nicholls
yesterday. We fancied him to one day win
the Gold Cup at Haydock back in November 2012 but always thought he needed to ‘grow
up’ a bit – we think this year should be the best chance he’ll ever have
